• How do I use my rewards?

We will send you an email contains your reward. In your next purchase once you’re ready to checkout copy the code, then enter it into the ‘Discount Code’ box on the Order Summary page.

• Is there a minimum spend?

No! You earned them, they're yours to spend as you wish.

• When will my rewards expire?

Your rewards will expire 3 months from the date they were earned. Your rewards will be issued when your order has been dispatched.

• When will I receive my Birthday Gift, and how do I redeem it?

We will email you a few days before your birthday with a special discount code only for you, and again before your birthday code expires.

• When do I get my voucher?
