Order Cancellation Policy

If unfortunately, you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel your order by contacting us on our Email: [email protected] or by calling us at 0799122120
For outright cancellations by you:
-     If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount if the payment was made by credit card.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
-    If you received the product, it will be eligible for exchange or replacement (only in cases where there are defects found with the product.)

Exchange Policy

We have a 2 Day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also have to pay the delivery fees. To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected] or call / WhatsApp us at 0799122120, If your exchange order is accepted, we'll send you an exchange invoice and will send you the driver within 2 days to exchange the product, and you'll also have to pay the delivery fees.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
